Pre-Plebe Workout You’ll Need

Here’s the pre-Plebe workout, recommended for preparing for Plebe Summer. It’s six weeks long. I’ve copied part of it from the book Building a Midshipman. You can find more information on USNA’s web page. This page provides detailed instruction on preparing for the rigors of Plebe Summer, including:

  6. Am I missing something? Where are the descriptions for the exercises? for example, day 1 of week 1, what is SM 10 x5sec ?
