  1. Loved that article about the SEALS training the Olympic sailing team – very cool!

    I saw the movie Act of Valor a couple of weeks ago – not sure if you’ve seen it yet, but it was fabulous. A welcome change from Hollywood’s glamor.

    • Loved Act of Valor. Did you see it with your BFF? The SEALs I know say it’s realistic.

      The training article is cool, isn’t it? I had to grab the picture from one we took during my daughter’s Plebe summer training. Exactly the same, hunh?
