I’m told this is Classic Midshipman

When Navy plays Army or Notre Dame, it means they’re on TV (Otherwise, they’re ignored). the Mids make what are called ‘Spirit Spots’ in hopes they’ll be selected to show on the national screen. Here’s one of them, obviously for the Army-Navy Game–that Navy won again!

Go Navy! Beat Army!
